There was a leak on the first night as a result of a heavy downpour and Bill and Steve returned at 8.30pm to sort it out. The new EDPM flat roof looks very smart. It became clear during the course of the original job that there were problems with the pitched roof in terms of rotten timbers, poor quality soffits and fascias, and badly fitted gutters. Bill gave us a price for this work without pressurising us. He and his team did a great job. “Originally only had the quote for fascias and gutters, drip trays and bird combe. But once they started they found the felt and battens were rotten! William came over straight away and quoted for the extra work, which I accepted because he was able too do the job straight away. The lads were on time for the work, and did they work none stop over the 2 days, very impressed! Very polite and very particular about the quality of their work, Jamie is a credit too the company! Repairs to leaking roof causing water penetration to house.
“Discovered problem with water penetration Friday morning. Phoned TPM Building Services and left voicemail. Bill called back and visited site within two hours. He explained what needed to be done and showed us photos. Emailed quote that evening. We spoke on Saturday morning and he agreed to cover leaking roof with tarpaulin on Monday. Bill came Monday for temp repair and told us he had rearranged other work and would do our work on Wednesday. All during work Bill explained what was being done.
